We strictly follow the requirements on linear breaking strength, system breaking strength, elongation, softness and so on of the straps needed during the transportation for heavy goods, large transport parts and other goods. Moreover, we provide matching buckles and tools to ensure not only the safety during the transportation but also no damage on the goods surface and easy operation. This enables our different products to meet different safety requirement on different goods transportation especially high value products transportation as well as to meet the safety of cargo transportation under different transportation environments and conditions such as railway transportation, land transportation, ocean transportation, air transportation, container shipment and flatcar shipment etc.

Since beginning of our production for the first-meter of nylon webbing and PP webbing in 1994, we have been exploring the development progress and performance improvement of webbing.
Because of the progress of global technology and the popularization and application of new material high strength industrial polyester yarn, we began to manufacture high strength polyester webbing for webbing sling and ratchet lashing etc. in year 2001.
Based on many years of production experience, global sales experience and professional and subdivision analysis of the market, from year 2006 till now, we have been specialize only in production of high quality polyester packaging straps, lashing straps, composite strapping, woven strapping and the matching buckles. By now , we have been the most professional and the largest heavy-duty strapping packaging material manufacturer with the most variety and specifications in China.

Quality Control
All our strappings and buckles are manufactured strictly in accordance with quality standards required by ISO9001 and DNV GL or customer personality requirements. Strapping width error is controlled within ± 1mm. Breaking strength is at least 5% – 10% more than standard and elongation of lashing strap is less than 5% .
All our products must pass three quality inspections and tests which are for before production, during production and before delivery. For every test, we establish test results file and save for inquiry at any time. Every product exported has an internal tracking code and specific responsible person for quality tracking. In our company it is strictly prohibited to sell defective products and unqualified products. We dispose all unqualified products and record the quantity and where it has gone.

Our factory covers an area of 10,000 square meters and the workshop is 5000 square meters. We have more than 100 machines including all kind of shuttleless loom, dyeing machine, ironing machine, silk screen printing machine, cutting machine, sewing machine, winding machine, composite strap machine, steel wire buckle machine and PET seals machine of which the number is totally more than 100.
We specialize in manufacturing polyester webbing of width 6mm-350m with the highest breaking strength 60000kgs, woven strapping of width 9mm-25mm, composite strapping of width 13mm-38mm, steel wire buckle with diameter of 2.8mm-8.0mm and PET seals of width 13mm-19mm.

From raw material procurement, production, self – quality inspection, third – party quality inspection, packaging, employee labour and safety, we manufacture and manage strictly in accordance with DNV GL, ISO9001-2015 quality requirements and management system requirements.
